I've gotten my hands on the RO2 Installer so I'll release it here.

If you're going to download from that link, you'll need to find a way to spoof your Referrer (FireFox users can install the RefSpoof extension.
Spoof your referrer to "www.ragnarok2.co.kr" and it'll let you download.
Proxies will not work. Just download using your own IP with the referrer set as mentioned.

Edit3: Ok, here's the AppLocale Guide to get patched and start RO2 to get to the login screen.

This is for those who get the error that looks like this when you try to run it:


First off, download and install AppLocale
After you've downloaded and installed it (requires you to have a genuine copy of Windows), you can run it by going to Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft AppLocale -> AppLocale.
After thats done, press Next.
Then, make sure "Launch an Application" is selected and click "Browse..."
Browse to your Gravity/RagII/ folder and run Ragnarok2.exe
Don't put anything in Arguments and then press Next.
It'll ask for "Language of the Application".
It will auto-select the best one so go ahead and click next.
You may want to "Create a shortcut to always run this application with AppLocale."
I did, and named it Ragnarok2Korean.
So whenever I feel like starting it, I just go to Start->All Programs->Microsoft AppLocale-> Ragnarok2Korean.

After you click finish, it will run the Patch Client, which will look somewhat like this:


Then, it should patch for about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your connection speed.
Afterwards, the Start button will light up and you can run the game.

it will show you a few screens of RO2's sponsors very quickly, then bring you to the login screen, which looks like this:

It asks for your Username and Password.
The first button is Login, the second button takes you to the website, and the third will prompt if you really want to exit or not.
Now you can go no further than this without an account, which, unless you have a Korean Social Security Number and stuff, you cannot get.

SHADOWFREAK, it will automatically choose it for you.
I don't think you need to have the language installed.

Jman: We can sniff Packets to find the login IP/port, but we don't need 50 people for that. We need 1 person and it takes like 10 seconds to do it. :/

Most of us rather have them open to the public so a few good souls who understand how to run a sucesfull server that is not all about donation horeding, then people can be happy. Rather then a person who knows how to code, but can't run a server that pleases the people. Also if iit is like eA, then we just need the core, and users themselves can code in all the npc's etc.

hmm i was able to get to the full registration page (got passed the kssn thing) but the page seems to have an error on IE when I try to do one of the steps (after pressing the address search button). oh well for me :(

I like the idea that several people are working on getting Emulators up and running. However I don't like the whole idea behind the one you just posted. From what I can understand just quickly looking through your Forums. Your only making it because other Projects are only giving their emulator out to a select group of people, which I see no problem with. This will keep the RO2 community close together. I hate the fact that there are so many pservers of RO. Almost all the pservers have less than 50 people on them. How do you make a gaming community with 50 people? Thats like a large group of friends.

Perhaps with only a handful of RO2 servers things would be better. 500+ players per server perhaps? One can only dream.
