Common Patch

- Fall event has ended. The event item Honey Rice is removed and the headgear item loses its bonus.
- Setup.exe has changed. Menu's are now displayed in Korean, graphics card selection is back.
- Corrected a typo on the Ring of Wise King item.

Main Server

- Corrected the arch bishop skills Lauda Ramus, Lauda Agnus, and Clearance not working when you weren't in a party.
- The RWC commemoration item 'Immuned Shield' is now on sale for 2 weeks.

Sakray Test Server

- Port Malaya memorial dungeon monster and NPC sprites and coordinates are adjusted.

* Rebalanced the monsters in the Bangongo hospital memorial dungeon isntance.
* Added sprites and illustrations to the Bangongo hospital entrance quest npcs.
* Baknawa's Refuge dungeon entrance quest npc locations are changed.

- Quest rewards for Port Malay quests are changed. This affects the "Secret in the Forest" , "Buwaya Extermination", "Legends and Rumors", "Beat the Baknawa!" and "Port Malaya Nurse" quests.
- Corrected an issue that caused immobility when shadow form was canceled with a detecting skill.
- Corrected an issue where Arm Cannon and Cart Cannon were not affected by items that boosted ranged physical damage.
- Corrected an issue where super novices level 99 and 150 couldn't get the guardian angel's protection at 100% exp.
- Corrected an issue where the sitting buff icon would show up incorrectly.
- Corrected an issue where you couldn't talk to NPCs without moving after using cart boost.
- Kafra warp service routes are now displayed on the world map.
- Sorcerer insignia skills are now colored properly for their element.
- Added a new slot on the clothing equipment tab. New items will be available shortly.
- Changed the homunculus attack speed table.
- Shadow Chaser skill 'Bloody Lust' is changed.

* Fixed casting time is increased.
* Skill reuse time is increased.
* Effect duration is decreased.
* Bloody Lust effect no longer affects emperiums or guardian stones.

I dont know what this "floor" slot does. I have a few guesses on what it might do. It may allow players to equip items that will change the way your aura looks, display some animation on your character, or maybe even change your job sprite all together. Wont know until they release the items for it.

robes have a seperate tab? wat. I thought they were part of 'garments' ?

The only example I can site about the robe slot is the arch angel wings (costume item) being equipped on the equipment tab. Guess Gravity have finally thought about it.
Epoque
The floor option has been a long-standing additional parameter for items. If you check through the source, it appears that items such as footgear affect 'floor'. It's been inactive for the majority of RO's life-time, but it's remained implemented nonetheless. This may be the introduction to the footgear visual effects implementation, and they might be moving the garment/robe based visual effects over to the costume system.
